Cutler & Co. Dining Room is located in an old metal work factory in Gertrude Street, Fitzroy, Melbourne’s first suburb and industrial area.  Pascale Gomes-McNabb has created an interior that layers old with new.  The historic building houses offbeat architectural elements set in a restaurant landscape.

Cutler & Co. Dining Room has a  separate dining space with capacity for 32, an extensive cellar wrapped in a 4 meter high glass box, and a kitchen to make a chef smile.

Our dining room is where the skills of the Chef are given centre stage with service that is informed but informal; relaxed without compromising attention to detail.

The dining room serves dinner from Tuesday to Sunday from 6pm, and lunch on Friday and Sunday from 12 noon.
