MELBOURNE FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL
Cutler & Co. will be hosting two events in March 2012 as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival.
We are delighted to be able to host one of the USA's most exciting young chefs, Corey Lee of Benu in San Francisco. Corey's career spans over 15 years working at some of the most acclaimed restaurants in the world, including seven 3-star Michelin restaurants in England, France & the U.S. Immediately prior to opening in Benu, Corey was the chef de cuisine at The French Laundry, Thomas Keller's destination restaurant in Yountville, California.

We are also partnering once again with Streetsmart to host the 2012 All Stars dinner. Join us for seven courses and matching wines, with all the proceeds from the event donated to Streetsmart. This will be a wonderful opportunity to meet some of Melbourne's most renowned front of house staff. The evening commences at 6:30pm on Monday 19th March, with tickets costing $160 per person.
