    Milking Yard Farm Chicken
    To add additional spectacle to your truffle dinner, groups of 6 or more can choose a renowned Milking Yard Farm Sommerlad chicken in the place of Muscovy duck. These epic and beautiful birds are organic, wild grazing and unlike any chicken. Heritage breed and known as the 'king of poultry' not just for their grand size but for their unparalleled purity of flavour and texture. Roasted to order, we baste and stuff the birds with our house-made, truffle-laden cultured butter and present in two services with a truffle-laced jus.

    Braidwood truffles
    This year, we're focusing on Braidwood truffles, a small, historic town in the southern tablelands of NSW, just outside of which are some of the best black truffles you'll unearth. We think they are consistently the most fragrant and flavoursome Australian truffle.

  • Best’s: Featured Wine Producer for Sunday 29th July

    On the final Sunday lunch of each month, Cutler & Co. feature one of our favourite Australian wine producers.

    In July we are thrilled to be pouring a range of wines from Best's  - an iconic producer in the Grampians region of Western Victoria.

    With over 150 years of winemaking experience, Best's have an incredible track record of producing high quality, classic wines. The last decade has been particularly fruitful in awards and recognition, with the 2011 Bin 1 Shiraz receiving the Jimmy Watson Trophy and the 2014 Thomson Family Shiraz being awarded James Halliday's Wine of the Year. Current winemaker Justin Purser is proving to be a strong custodian of their reputation for quality and consistency over the last six vintages, with his global experience in Burgundy, Central Otago and Piedmont coming to the fore.

    Our Sunday Lunch menu begins with a selection of appetisers and entrées designed to share at the table, then a set main course, followed by dessert or cheese, and is fixed at $75 per person.  A set of three glasses of Best's wines (of your choice) is available for an additional $50.

  • Sunday Lunch Featured Producer | August: Sutton Grange

    On the final Sunday lunch of every month, Cutler & Co. features one of our favourite local wine producers. In August our relaxed lunch menu can be enjoyed alongside the wines of Sutton Grange,from the southern edge of the Bendigo region.

    The vineyard, situated at the foothills of Mt Alexander, enjoys a unique climate and its terroir is dominated by granitic soils. Sutton Grange is cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, and the wines are traditionally handcrafted by winemaker Melanie Chester - recent winner of the People's Choice at the Young Gun of Wine Awards.

    Enjoy our Sunday Lunch menu alongside a set of three glasses of Sutton Grange wines (of your choice) for $50 per person.
