  • Peter Gilmore X Andrew McConnell Dinner

    On Sunday 10th March 2019 Cutler & Co. welcomes Peter Gilmore, of Quay, Sydney, to share the kitchen with Andrew for a special six course dinner.

    Fresh from an extensive overhaul of the widely adored and celebrated fine-diner Quay, Peter Gilmore was recently awarded the prestigious 2019 Chef of the Year award, Good Food Guide.
    Andrew and the Cutler & Co. team are thrilled to play host to an Australian culinary legend and a restaurant that is synonymous with many fond food memories.

    The six course menu will feature dishes by Andrew and Peter, with wines and fun drinks paired to each of their courses.

    A one night only, rare collaboration not to be missed.

    On 27th of January, as our regular end of month winery feature, Cutler & Co. are showcasing the wines of Ravensworth Wines.

    The vineyard is situated in the bosom of the Murrumbateman wine country, just a half hour north of Canberra. Bryan Martin focusses on Shiraz, Riesling and Sangiovese on the home block and sources a number of alternative varieties from respected growers,
