Cutler & Co. Dining Room is located in an old metal works factory on Gertrude Street, Fitzroy, Melbourne’s first suburb and industrial area. A recent refurbishment brings an open plan kitchen to the front of the restaurant, creating a dynamic focal point. This substantial lounge area now allows for ring-side dining, light bites and drinks, with the established Cutler & Co. experience being retained within the restaurant. Opened in February 2009 by Chef Andrew McConnell, the restaurant reflects his passion for exceptional and often unusual produce. Andrew’s only fine dining venue, Cutler & Co strikes a balance between elegance and simplicity.
