FOUR PILLARS MARTINI COLLECTIVE

Through May, we're teaming up with local distiller, Four Pillars, to celebrate the return of the Martini Collective. Now in its second year, the Collective highlights the joy of a half-sized Martini made with Olive Leaf Gin in partnership with some of Four Pillars' favourite restaurants in Melbourne and Sydney.

​​​​​​​From May 1 to June 2, we're pairing a half-sized Four Pillars Martini with an almond, olive and anchovy skewer, finished with a piquillo pepper. We love a half-sized Martini as much as Four Pillars, and as they say 'it's the perfect drink when you're deciding what to drink.'
