Welcome to Cutler & Co.
Andrew McConnell opened Cutler & Co. in 2009 in a former metal works factory in Fitzroy, Melbourne’s first suburb. Behind a glass façade that has reflected the changes around it for over thirteen years, Cutler & Co. has seen its own evolution.
Our ethos – refined, simple, hospitable dining – has not changed in that time but our essence comes from that evolution, from reflecting and embracing neighbourhood and city, and the changing nature of the way people like to eat.
Cutler & Co. is open from 5:30pm until late Thursday to Friday, and from 5pm on Saturday. We are open for all day dining on Sunday from 12pm until late.
Walk-in for a bite and drink in our bar, or make a reservation for the dining room.
