NEW YEAR’S EVE AT CUTLER

 

As the year drew to a close, we gathered to reflect on what’s passed and ease into what's to come. Our Chef’s Selection Menu set the tone for the evening, a considered celebration made complete with ample Champagne, of course.

 We welcomed everyone on New Year’s Eve to savour the final hours of 2025 and to greet 2026 with a sense of occasion.

Caviar tart

Devilled spanner crab

Mozzarella di Bufala, heirloom tomato, white cucumber & basil

Skull Island Prawns, witlof, yuzu kosho, nectarine & wild fennel

King George Whiting, kombu butter, mussels & agretti

or

Eye fillet Rossini, truffled spinach, foie gras parfait & Madeira sauce

Leaf salad, house dressing

Potato gratin, sage & parmesan
