PRODUCE TO PLATE
Join us on Tuesday, 7 July for Produce to Plate, an exclusive one-night-only dinner celebrating the finalists of the 2026 delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards. Bringing together some of Victoria's most exciting chefs, the evening is a tribute to the growers, producers and artisans whose ingredients shape the future of Australian dining.
The menu has been developed in collaboration with Jason Staudt (Stokehouse), Simone Watts (Barragunda Dining) and Jo Barrett (Surf Hotel, Wildpie), each contributing a signature course that reflects their distinctive culinary perspectives, and will be executed by Executive Chef, Ben Pollard and the Cutler team.
The evening begins with snacks by Ben Pollard and the Cutler team, accompanied by a welcome cocktail featuring Four Pillars Gin and Marionette Liqueur, before a collaborative four-course menu unfolds. The seafood course by Jason Staudt is inspired by his career spent cooking alongside the ocean, showcasing the remarkable quality of Australia's coastal produce. Simone Watts has created a dish grounded in the philosophy of her work at one of the country's most celebrated farm-to-table destinations, highlighting the connection between the land and the plate. The paddock course by Jo Barrett reflects her thoughtful approach to sustainable and ethical meat practices, which has made her one of Australia's leading voices in regenerative cooking. To finish, Ben Pollard and the Cutler team return with a dessert that celebrates the richness of the season, showcasing exceptional Australian dairy and the craftsmanship behind it.
Tickets are $190 and include a four-course menu and welcome cocktail. An optional wine pairing will be available, showcasing Australian wines and small producers. Guests will also have access to our broader wine list for additional selections.
