THE SOLSTICE TABLE

To mark one year of Cellar Nights, we’re gathering for The Solstice Table - a winter feast celebrating good wine, generous food and the pleasure of sharing a table on the longest night of the year.

Inspired by post-harvest meals from the world’s great wine regions, the menu celebrates winter produce and dishes designed to be passed around and enjoyed together.

If there’s a bottle you’ve been saving - something rare, sentimental or simply waiting for the right company - bring it along. If you're looking for inspiration (or there's too much in your cellar to choose from!) Alec and his team have recommended some harmonious wine styles for each of the dishes in the menu below.

Collectors, makers and wine lovers alike are warmly invited. Cellar Night has always been about sharing great wines in good company, and this evening will be no different.
