Southern Rock Lobster spaghetti for cellar night

For our first cellar night, we embraced the challenge of pairing wines with our rich and elegant Southern Rock Lobster spaghetti.

Full-bodied white wines from the south of France, like a white Chateauneuf du Pape, a classically styled Meursault with some bottle age, or local options like Mount Mary Triolet, were to be considered. For the adventurous, the contrast of textures with vintage Blanc de Noirs Champagne was the real indulgence.

Each month, our kitchen welcomes an addition to cellar night to enjoy alongside your wines.

There is a $30 corkage charge for standard bottles, which is doubled for magnums.
