Valentine’s Day at Cutler

 

We're open for an additional service for Saturday lunch on Valentine's Day — it's an invitation to slow down and share the table with someone you love. As sunlight filters through the dining room, the day unfolds over thoughtful dishes, well-chosen bottles and conversation.

 For lunch, we are serving a special addition of rock lobster spaghetti, alongside our à la carte menu. Port Phillip Bay rock lobster forms the base of a rich stock seasoned with tomatoes, fennel and all the aromas that tarragon and parsley impart. It's then made into a sauce with pieces of lobster and topped with roasted cherry tomatoes - a generous serving for two to share.

 For dinner, we will serve a curated Chef’s Selection Menu.
